We personally love good food!

The Buffet breakfast and English Breakfast are included in the room rate. The Breakfast Buffet is a feast and is sure to satiate your appetite for the whole day. It is offered either at the grand twelve-seater dining table, or, if you prefer, alfresco, next to the rimflow swimming pool on the open viewing deck. 
Menu
: We offer a spread of fresh home-made breads, muffins, quiches, jams and yoghurts. We also offer a fresh fruit salad, local cheese platter and cold meats, breakfast cereals, 100% fruit juices and hot beverages. Enjoy a freshly-ground bottomless cup of coffee.
An English breakfast is offered together with the above and consists of bacon, eggs to order, sausages, tomato, and baked beans. We will also individually prepare an omelette of your choice. Vegetarian and strictly vegan dishes also prepared upon request.
Owners and staff are always attentively present to introduce guests, answer questions, give suggestions, provide information and maps, facilitate conversation and generally get your day off to a good start.

Levada Picnic Pack

We will happily prepare a picnic pack  for those long enjoyable levada walks and nature-hikes.

Candle-lit Dinner Evenings

Enjoy a three-course dinner from our table d´hote menu in a romantic and intimate atmosphere, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We are also happy to provide directions to local restaurants.

Our well-equiped library offers a plethora of novels, coffee table books and indoor board-games. We also offer you a selection of over 200 DVDs.

High Speed Internet Terminal and WI-FI

Our guests have free access to an IMAC terminal and printer. WI-FI is also available throughout the Guesthouse interior and breakfast deck.

Infinity Pool


Our uniquely designed infinity pool is solar heated, and is situated on a sunny elevated position, dominating the beautiful garden. The water temperature  is often above  25 deg C. We supply loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas, tables and fresh pool towels.



Sundowner Drinks


In the evenings we invite you to sundowner drinks on the pool deck. We have a wealth of information at your disposal regarding the Island of Madeira and will happily make recommendations and bookings on your behalf. On cooler winter evenings enjoy cosy get-togethers with other guests around an open-log fire in the guest lounge.
