•   No children under 16 years allowed.
•   No pets allowed.
•   The rates quoted are per room per night and include full English and buffet-style breakfasts.    All taxes are included.
•    Each room accommodates a maximum of two persons.
•    The full accommodation fee is payable at the time of booking (less any prevailing special offers).
 All other charges incurred during the stay must be paid upon check-out in cash.
•    The accommodation fee is paid online through the secure Paypal site. Please contact us for our banking details if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
   You will receive a full Confirmation of Reservation once the funds have been received.

    • Cancellation Policy - Summerplace Guesthouse


The accommodation fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is 30 days or more prior to check-in date. An admin fee of €25 will be deducted.
For notice of cancellations of 29 days and less prior to the check-in date, or early check-out, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
(However it will be at the discretion of the management whether a portion of the accommodation fee will be refunded in special cases only).
We advise our guests to take out travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
